Please read these booking conditions carefully, they form an important part of the contract for your trip.
GUEST BOOKING

All holidays are organised and offered by VSMAG Logistic.

These conditions together with any other written information we brought to your attention before we confirmed your booking, form the basis of your contract with us for the travel arrangements making up your booking (your ‘arrangements’ or ‘trip’). Please read them carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations. By making a booking, you agree to be bound by all of them.

In these Booking Conditions references to "you" and "your" include the first named person on the booking (the Tour Group Leader – who will be our sole point of correspondence and contact) and all persons named on the booking (including anyone added or substituted at a later date). By making a booking, the first named person on the booking agrees on behalf of all persons detailed on the booking that:-

  • He/she has read these terms and conditions, has the authority to and agrees to be bound by them.
  • We will limit the collection and use of customer information to the minimum we require to deliver superior service to our customers, which includes advising our customers about our products, services and other opportunities, and to administer our business.
  • He/she is over 18 years of age and where placing an order for services with age restrictions declares that he/she and all members of the party are of the appropriate age to purchase those services.
The key terms of our agreement are:-

PAYMENT POLICY

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
  • VSMAG Logistic is engaged in the business of organizing travel and holidays and does not control or operate any airline / trains / cruises / Govt. Ferries / Public Transports. VSMAG Logistic shall not be responsible for any delay, improper service, for any injury, death, loss or damage which is caused by the act or default of the management or employees of any of the above.
  • We request all the customers to review travel warnings, announcements, advisories and prohibitions issued by the relevant authorities and governments prior to confirming their international bookings with VSMAG Logistic. By offering travel products for particular destinations, VSMAG Logistic does not warrant that travel to such areas is advisable or without risk.
  • All the customers are strongly recommended to check and verify their booking thoroughly once they receive the confirmation. Please contact our travel experts if there is any incorrect or incomplete information, which needs to be altered or changed. In case of any changes or amendments, certain elements of the holiday package are non-refundable. VSMAG Logistic cannot be held responsible if inaccuracies are not notified by the passenger within 1 day of sending out the booking confirmation.
  • The images used in the holiday package on our website are for representational purpose only.
TOUR POLICY:
  • All services will be as per those which are paid and confirmed. If you avail any service which is not included in the Holiday package or get yourself upgraded, then the payment for the same will have to be cleared by you directly. Please note that, porterage, tips, gratuities, room service, laundry, excess baggage charge, meals, alcoholic beverages and soft drinks, etc. are not included unless specifically mentioned as included.
  • All international holiday packages are priced on an Rate of Exchange (ROE) the day quotation is made. The passenger will be charged the ROE as per the date of payment of the holiday package.
  • Under no circumstances VSMAG Logistic will be liable to refund for un-utilized services.
  • The holiday package cost might fluctuate during peak dates, due to festivals or holidays or other high occupancy dates.
  • In case of holiday packages where a minimum number of passengers have been indicated by the passenger, any increase or decrease in the number of passengers may result in change of the total holiday package cost.
BOOKING TERMS
  • The itinerary and offer made at the time of inquiry does not hold any confirmed reservations of the travel products. The same is subject to availability at the time of booking.
  • Your booking request will be processed for confirmation once company receive email / written confirmation from you. Once services are on hold company will need booking amount within the frame of time-limit provided.
  • If any guest wishes to deviate from the tour itinerary, the changes will be made subject to availability. For such deviation, the guest has to pay the additional supplementary cost in full before the tour departure or if the guest wishes to deviate during the tour program itself guest are to pay the additional amount before the tour ends which may affect the guest’s` overall tour price.
  • Transfers and sightseeing on Seat in Coach (SIC) basis means transport through a comfortable coach/bus/van depending on the destination.
  • VSMAG Logistic is not liable if an airline cancels, reschedules, or delays a flight for any given reason. If the passenger has purchased air ticket through VSMAG Logistic, we will try to assist in making new arrangements provided the passenger has not already checked-in with the airline for the onward flight segment. In such cases, the fare difference amount will need to be borne by the passenger.
  • There is a pre-set menu for meals as per the tour program. The type of meals to be provided during the course of the tour will be specified after the finalization and before commencement of the tour. Unlike an airline, we cannot process a special meal, nor can we guarantee a special diet for any particular guest. We, however, reserve the right to change the meal arrangement if circumstances make it necessary for us to do so. In the event of the tour participant missing any meals due to any reason, no claim can be made by the participant thereafter, for the meal he/she has missed and not utilized.
  • The company will make reasonable attempt to accommodate the special needs of disabled travelers/ senior citizen’s if informed at the time of booking, but the company is not responsible in the event of it being unable to do so, nor is it responsible for any denial of services by carriers, hotels, restaurants, or other independent suppliers. Most transportation services are not equipped with wheel chair ramps. We regret that we cannot provide individual assistance to a passenger(s) for walking, dining, getting on and road off motor coaches and other transportation vehicles, or other personal needs. A qualified companion must accompany travelers who need such assistance.
  • VSMAG Logistic is not liable for any death, personal injury, sickness ,accident, loss, delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss and/or damage or any damage to baggage or personal effects howsoever caused; Train/flight delays, rescheduling/cancellation of train /flights, interconnection occurring due to airline problem and/or any train/flight schedule or meals not being served; The Company is also not responsible for any alternate arrangements and the guest has no right to claim any loss or consequences arising due to the same.
  • All the adventure tours are organized by certified partner companies for VSMAG Logistic. You need to adhere policy of the company from which your adventure is booked.
  • VSMAG Logistic may refuse to continue service if it determines that he/she threatens to embarrass, create inconvenience or interfere with transport and other service providers policies.
  • VSMAG Logistic is not responsible for any denial to guests for entry at Monuments, Religious Place, Hotels or any other attractions sights by the concerned authorities.
COMPLAINTS and GRIEVANCES

If any guest has any complaint in respect of services provided by any of the independent contractors, the guest shall immediately notify the same to the independent contractor in writing, and a copy there of shall be handed over to the tour manager, to enable to the company to take up the matter with the independent contractor.
Any claim or complaint by the guest must be notified to the company in writing within 7 days after the tour completion date. No claim notified to the company beyond this period will be entertained and the company shall incur no liability in respect thereof. The Company reserves the unconditional right to refuse a booking/ terminated a guest on tour in event of unreasonable behavior at any time.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUND

Refund if any, for amendment and/ or cancellation will be paid directly to the guests strictly by cash /cheque. No. Refund will be payable for unused portion of the tour, due to whatsoever reason. No refund will be made in cash.
Guest’s signature on the booking form or payment of the registration amount shall mean acceptance in totally of the `Term and Condition` contained herein by the guest(s). In case one or more, but not all guest(s) signing the `Booking Form`, it shall be deemed that the others have duly authorized the concerned signing passenger/s. There is no contract between the company and guest(s) until the company has received the initial registration deposit. The initial deposit just insures a seat or participation on the tour but does not entitle any services such as air tickets, train tickets, bus tickets, hotel accommodation, until the full payment has been received .If full payment is not paid in time, the company reserves the right to cancel the booking with subsequent loss of deposited and apply the cancellation charges as mentioned herein.
Other Condition: Medically unfit Guest: If any guest is suffering from any serious kind of a medical ailment, which may be a concern to some or all co-passengers traveling on group tour, then the company reserve full right to restrict that particular guest from traveling on group tour, unless specifically permitted by certified Doctor, vide medical certificate provided by the respective guest to the company .In case of non-disclosure of his / her medically unfit status ,than for the hygienically condition the passenger shall have to travel by a separate transport at an additional cost to be paid immediately on tour solely by the guest.

PASSPORTS AND VISAS

All individuals departing from India must be in possession of a valid passport and relevant visas. When assisting with international travel, VSMAG Logistics assumes that all travelers have valid passports. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid documentation, including but not limited to passports, visas and re-entry permits which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be your sole responsibility. All the expense incurred for the visa/passport interview shall be borne by you and is not a part of the package cost. The Client is personally responsible for ensuring that they have a valid passport, relevant visa/s.
Issuance of visas depends on the sole discretion of the visa counselor and VSMAG Logistic shall only act as a representative on behalf of the Client for the purposes of submitting the visa applications and related documents. All the visa related application(s) and document(s) in respect of the visa processing shall be duly submitted to VSMAG Logistic as per the relevant visa guidelines and within the time-lines, as advised by VSMAG Logistic from time to time. In the event the visa application made by the Client or by the VSMAG Logistic (as the case may be) on his/her behalf is rejected by the visa counselor/consulate due to either inadequate supporting documents or for whatever reason or where the visa could not be processed due to late submission of application by the Client, VSMAG Logistic shall not be liable for such rejection under any circumstances. Rejection of visa shall lead to forfeiture of booking amount paid and no claim whatsoever shall be entertained for the same.
Laundry, telephone, mini bar, alcohol, beverages and food not on the menu, optional excursions, excess baggage fees, shopping, paid toilet, are all items of a personal nature. These additional items will be charged separately to the guest before leaving the hotel and restaurant by the concerned authority. Such charges for additional items are payable by passengers alone and the company will not be liable for the same.c. For all tours, accommodations in the hotels are made in standard rooms only (as the tour itinerary).

HOTELS / ROOM

Since most of the time, you will be out for sightseeing; we have taken care to select hotels, which are comfortable for you. Most of the rooms have a private bath or shower and they shell be located in the center of the city or away from the center of the city. Air- conditioning, central heating and other facilities are solely at the hotelier’s discretion, depending upon factors such as weather condition, local systems, tour type, et All the baggage and personal effects shall be at all times and in all circumstances the responsibility of passengers. Blooming Travel Solutions Pvt Ltd will not be responsible or liable for any loss of such baggage and personal effects during the tour.

TOUR COACHES / BUSES

We use Non-AC & AC coaches, mini coaches, sumo or taxies depending on the type of the tour, itinerary and passenger strength. We may often operate more than one coach as per the departure date and the time strength of people going to travel .For the comfort and convenience of the guests; we may sometimes change the direction, or slightly amend the itinerary, including the flight/train/coach routine. The said changes shell be limited to you, prior to the start of the tour or on the tour. In the event that the passengers/joining passenger misses out on any part of the sightseeing tour or any such tour due to delay on his part, he will not be entitled to claim refund for the same. During local or national holidays certain facilities such as museums and restaurants, sightseeing tours and shopping may be limited or not available for which there shall be no complaints and/ or claiming of refunds. All itineraries are well planned. Airline companies may change their flight schedule depending on varying economic condition and demand. Such changes in the airline schedule may indirectly impact our tour itineraries, accordingly the company reserves right to change its schedule due to circumstances beyond its control. Such changes shall also cause variation by way of alterations/additions in the tour program.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel insurance is kept in optional basis and if any guest wishes to get travel insurance he/she can do so with the additional payment.

DISCOUNTS / BENEFITS

The company reserves the right to amend, alter, vary withdraw any of the discounts/benefits without prior intimation. The discount /benefit are valid for limited number of seats and limited period for limited dates only. The discounts/benefit are valid for limited numbers of seat are limited period for limited dates only. The discounts /benefits given to the guests will be at the sole discretion of the company and May very from guest to guest and for bookings done on different dates for the same tour. To avail of any discounts/benefits, guests must pay the full registration amount at the time of booking itself.
